Located in the Atlantic Ocean southeast of Florida, are the Islands of the Bahamas. The largest of these islands at 2300 square miles, is Andros, the least densely populated of all with a population of roughly 6,000 people. Andros International Airport serves the island, just a short flight from Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Andros Island has the world’s third largest barrier reef running over 140 miles long with a drop off of over 6,000 feet. This makes for great fishing as well as diving.

Long considered the “bonefish capital of the world”, Andros has been mostly free of commercial development. The majority of people visiting Andros, are there for the fishing and travel the world to experience these vast flats, teaming with bonefish.
